Brine Injector
Product description
The pre-mixed solution contains many different types of water soluble food additives, injects into the meat and distributes evenly to enhance the flavor and the taste, improve the color and meat structure, and most importantly to increase the yield.
PLC touch panel can be programmed to control the brine pressure, speed of the conveying belt and needle head, as well as all service information.
Different number and diameter of needles will produce different yield and capacities when injecting bone-in or boneless meat like beef, pork, poultry, fish etc.
Brine Preparation Device, External Filtration System are optional to work together with the injector in-line.
