Product description
Heated by Heat Pump, the Defrosting and Chiling Cabinet can be used for thawing frozen meat, dairyproduct, fish and seafood, vegetable and fruit, especially suitable for restaurant, catering center, cantineR&D center etc.
The temperature and humidity are controlled by PLC which is easier to adjust and set for diferent recipes. Itwill change to chilling after reaching the setpoint of the temperature to keep material fresh.
