Flattening Machine
Product description
The machine uses 3 sets of massage rollers in order to flatten the meat gently and effectively. By using the massage rollers the fibers are taking very little apart, what actually brings the fantastic results in flattening,meat consistency, almost no yield loss, and no muscle push-back. Once the meat is flattened, it stays flat.

Natural products (i.e. chicken breast ) to an equal thickness for cooking and cooing. After flattening, the thickness are equal and so the cook time, yield and product quality
