The Higher® grinder represents the newest technology with improved capacity and hygiene, which is available for cutting meat into particles to produce sausage and all kind of meat products. It is suitable for pet food, feed, chemical and pharmaceutical industry as well.
The unique cutting system are made for cutting fresh meat and pre-broken frozen meat, fine or coarse grinding. Equipped with sorting device to remove sinews, bone chips and hard particles from the meat in order to produce quality meat products.
